Vernon, native of Utica.  Employed w/ Vernon Downs and retired in 1980 as a
self-employed carpenter.  Graduate of Vernon High School.  Attended Church of
the Holy Familly, Vernon, and was a member of Oneida Lodge 767, BPOE, and
Local 234 Service Employees International Union.  An Army Air Corps veteran of
WWII, Mr. Touse was a member of Sherrill Post 230, American Legion.
